Filipino style recipe: broccoli and cauliflower salad is a quick and easy side dish. It is mainly made up of steamed broccoli and cauliflower then add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
1. In a steamer, steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 8 minutes.
2. Transfer the broccoli and cauliflower into a bowl and add the dressing.
3. Serve and enjoy!
