Ingredients:
8 pieces jumbo hotdogs, sliced diagonally
70 grams mozzarella or quick melt cheese, grated
100 grams tomato sauce

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
1. In a pan, melt butter then saute garlic, onion and dried basil.
2. Add hotdogs and chili flakes then continue sauteing for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add tomato sauce and water then simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
5. Add grated cheese then simmer for another minute or until cheese is melted.
6. Remove from heat then transfer to serving bowl. Serve

200 grams ground pork
4 pieces hotdogs, slice diagonally
80 grams snow peas
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 pork bouillon
2 tablespoons sugar
fish sauce or salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
1. In a pan, heat oil then saute garlic and onion
2. Add hotdogs then stir cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add ground pork, fish sauce and ground pepper then continue cooking until light brown.
4. Pour tomato sauce, water then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add pork bouillon and sugar then adjust seasoning according to taste.
6. Add snow peas then simmer for another 3 minutes.
7. Remove from heat then transfer to serving plate. Serve with steamed rice.

1 large white onion, cut into ring
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon hot sauce(optional)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons olive oil
sizzling plate

Procedures:
1. In a pan, heat oil then saute hotdogs.
2. Add tomato ketchup and hot sauce then stir well.
3. Add onions then cooked for a minute.
4. Heat the sizzling plate then grease with butter.
5. Put the hotdog mixture then serve immediately.
