Gour Mate Liquid Smoke and Hot Sauce






Just in time for the preparations for the celebration of New Year’s Eve, we received a gift pack from Gour Mate. I got excited when I saw it includes Hickory Flavor liquid smoke since I am planning to serve baby back ribs for media noche.

I used the Gour Mate Liquid Smoke Hickory for basting my baby back ribs. It turned out very flavorful and it almost falls of the bone.

The gift pack also includes Gour Mate Exceptionally Hot Habanero Pepper, Gour Mate Medium Hot Green Jalapeno, Gour Mate Super Hot Chipotle Garlic, and Gour Mate Liquid Smoke Mesquite. I cant wait to try out these exciting flavors.
